ABOUT THE PROJECT
In talks with educators and through my own experience, a certain problem kept coming up in association with pronunciation; so I, in association with Oi Apps, identified a way in which I could utilize a smartphone to help solve the problem. Through the use of the self-facing camera and an instructional video, I have developed an app that will help anyone learning English to improve their pronunciation by allowing them to compare their mouth formations directly against a prerecorded instructor's.

The design of this app went through many iterations before finally settling on the current one. I developed the idea, was responsible for architecting the app, finding a graphic designer, coding the entire app, and shooting and editing the videos. I am very excited about how this app will help both educators and students acheive their goals.
